What is the job positions matrix?

A job position matrix is a powerful tool for managers which lets you view all job positions with their assigned skills and skillsets. Using this feature, among other uses, you can: 


  • See all the skills and skillsets included in the job positions and count them. 
  • Check if any skills from the skillsets overlap within a job position. 
  • Check required skill levels and importance (whether it is a core skill or an additional skill).
  • Find all job positions which require specific skills or skillsets.
  • Easily analyze and overview job positions within your company.
