How are seniority levels defined?

Seniority levels are defined individually by each company. 

In order to set seniority levels for your company, go to Settings. Under Seniority levels, you can see the current levels in your company.


To edit them, click the Edit button on the right-hand side.


Sliders will appear on the tab that allows you to adjust the percentage required to obtain the next level of seniority for the whole company. Plus markers above the tab allow you to add additional levels to your company’s structure. To confirm your changes, select Save. You can also discard your changes at any moment.

To edit or delete existing seniority levels, hover next to the name of the level. You can either edit the name or delete it.
