What are the different account types?

There are two account types: the employee and the supervisor.

As a user, you can add your skills, rate your proficiency within a given skill, and track your development. In addition, your supervisor will be with you every step of the way, helping you grow. You will see recommendations of possible development routes as well as your supervisor’s scoring of your skill level. 

As a supervisor, in addition to being able to track your own skills, you are also able to track and rate the skills of your employees, suggest their development path, and create skill sets or add new skills to the SkillMap.
