There are four ways in which you can be assessed on your skill.
- The first, and most reliable assessment type, is TalentScore, an inbuilt testing platform that tests your abilities in a given skill and assesses your performance automatically.
- The second is feedback from your supervisor, in which they outline your current skill level.
- Third, your self-assessment, where you give yourself a score from the panel provided.
- The fourth type of assessment is marking your desired skill level so that you can track your area of improvement. The desired level is not counted as part of your level. Learn more about the rating system here.
