How to filter employees?

You can review and find selections of your employees in various places depending on the context you would like to browse them.
 
General and broad filtering:
  • On the People page
  • On the Skill Map

Context filtering within already grouped employees:
  • On the Skill page
  • On the Project page
  • On the Groups page
 

People page

Is the main page to manage your employees, you can filter the list with a simple or advanced set of options:
 
Examples:
How to find a senior developer outside of your team?
From seniority selector, choose "senior", and "developer" from the position selector. A filtered list will show you people that meet all of the criteria. (See how to define positions)
 
How to find front-end engineers that also know Python?
From the position selector, choose "front-end", and "Python" from the skill selector. A filtered list will show you people that meet all of the criteria.
 
Discover Java developers that are learning React.
From the skill selector, choose "Java", and "React" from the skill in learning process selector. A filtered list will show you people that meet all of the criteria.

Skill Map page

To have a visual overview of your employees, you can narrow down the context and browse people who have specific score types or belong to specific groups.
 
 
 

Skill page

When you are interested in scores of a specific group or type, you can easily filter it out.
 
 

Projects

When you are interested in finding employees who took part in a particular project, you can filter them by the date it started, ended, or by the specific skills or certain people involved.
 
 

Groups

One of the best ways to browse a selection of employees is navigating to the group page. Here you can easily find the appropriate group on the company structure.
