As a manager, you have more options
If you can’t see the skill that you possess on your profile, try to add it. If you can’t find it on the list of available skills, ask your manager to add it to the platform.
If you can’t see skill on the map, reset all filters.
Make sure that the “Active” and “Measured” skills are checked. You will be able to see all the skills you have added to your profile.
If you want to find a skill you possess but haven’t added it to TalentBoost yet, try typing the skill name in the search field. If you can’t find it on the list of available skills, ask your manager to add it to the platform.
